SHIPPING POLICY
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
natr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. natr will ship orders to the address provided, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders ship from Pennsylvania, USA.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS (U.S.)
USPS Ground Advantage
This is not an express service and transit times are not guaranteed by USPS.
Orders typically process and ship within 2 business days and are sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
USPS Priority Mail*
Orders with Priority Mail selected will ship within 2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days once shipped.
*Priority Mail speeds up shipping time, not order processing time.
PRE-ORDER ITEM POLICY
Pre-order items will be clearly marked as “PRE-ORDER” in the product description, along with an estimated ship date. Please note that these dates are subject to change based on production timelines and other variables.
Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited processing.
If Priority Mail is selected on a pre-order item, the order will ship using that method once the item becomes available.
