REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

natr offers a 30-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@natrlife.co

Since we do not currently use a return portal, all requests must be initiated via email.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges (Fastest Option)

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
